IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS

Most of you have been disturbing yourself over the Registration Procedure (clearance process), so I want you to read this well and stop confusing yourself.

🎯 ```How will I know that I have been given admission on school portal?``` 

 *Visit the University of Ilorin Website (https://www.unilorin.edu.ng) under Portals (first under the category) click on the Undergraduate Portal link , then click on the Pre-Admission Screening Login link on the Portal and on the displayed page, use your JAMB Registration Number as Login ID and Surname as your default password, thereafter,  click the login button. Again, click on Check Admission Status link to confirm your admission status and you will see if you have been offer admission on school portal or not.* 

 🎯```So, what's the acceptance fee?``` 

 *As the name implies, it's the fund that you need to pay, to accept the admission.* 

🎯 ```How much is the acceptance fee and how will I pay it?``` 

 *You are to pay the acceptance fee of Twenty-five Thousand Naira only (N25,000.00) using your ATM Card. But it's advisable to go to Cafe or contact any Educational consultant. Note, you will pay for the cafe man or the Educational consultant to help do it.* 

🎯 ```When is the deadline for payment of acceptance fee?``` 

 *You have to pay the money within two week and you will be informed to upload documents for clearance.* 

🎯 ```So, What is Online clearance?``` 

Online clearance is a step of the Registration procedure, that is you have to upload some documents after acceptance fee payment

🎯 ```What are the documents for Online clearance?``` 

 *For Utme candidates:* 

1.   Your birth certificate* 
2.   Olevel scratch card waec or neco (New one and you will use it once before uploading)* 
3.   State of origin/citizenship certificate (if you're from any of Unilorin catchment state)* 

 *For D.E candidates:* 

1.   Your birth certificate* 
2.   D.E result* 
3.   Olevel first sitting*

🎯 ```What next after that?``` 

 *You have to wait to be cleared. Note, no specific time for clearance.* 

 🎯```I have uploaded my documents since 4/5 days ago and I have not been cleared, what's the reason?``` 

 *It's nothing, it will be cleared if you uploaded all necessary documents well. It has no duration.* 

 🎯```My own is showing 'you are not cleared' and there is no reason, hope no problem?``` 

 *Yes, no problem, it simply mean the school has not review it.* 

🎯 ```I have been cleared, what next?``` 

 *Nothing else than to start preparing to resume to school.* 

🎯 ```When is resumption date?``` 

 *As at now, the resumption date is still June 14.* 

 🎯```What's the physical clearance all about?``` 

 *It's another step of the registration procedure when you will have to submit some documents.* 

🎯 ```What are the documents?```

 *You will print most of the documents when you resume, but you need to come along with the following:

Your Original jamb result, your Jamb admission letter [both the original and duplicate], your O level result, your Direct Entry result (for DE students), your remedial result (for remedial students), passports with red background, your Citizenship certificate, your birth certificate

 🎯```When will the physical clearance start?``` 

 *The clearance will start once you resume to school that's June 14. But note, that it's not something you will submit on that day, at times, some will even submit it by second semester.* 

 🎯 ```What's L.A?``` 

 *Level Adviser, you need to see him/her before you can choose your courses and before you can submit your documents.* 

🎯 ```What's are we now doing on 7th?``` 

 *Nothing than the online clearance that most of you have started.*
