In preparation for the generation of matriculation list for newly admitted students, the Academic Support Services (Exams and Records) has commenced the compilation of list of students who had previously matriculated to ensure that such students are not given double matriculation number.
To this end, you are requested to liaise with level advisers in your Faculty to ensure that students who had previously matriculated but have secured new admission should so indicate by completing the exemption from double matriculation form (copy attached) and forward same to the undersigned on or before Thursday, 9 September, 2021.
