ASUU, VCs, GOVERNING COUNCIL SET TO MEET OVER ASUU STRIKE

Indication that the on going strike by University teachers would soon be called off emerged this evening of a proposed meeting of leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the governing council of Universities and the Vice Chancelors.

The meeting it was learnt is scheduled for Wednesday September 14, 2022.

The federal government had on September 6, held a meeting with the vice-chancellors, pro-chancellors, and management of federal universities over the ongoing strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
