UNN SUG REACTS TO LATE COURSE REGISTRATION FEE
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka has fixed a mind blowing, terrible and very hot Penalty for students who failed to do their course registration on time.

Few days ago, the University management announced a deadline for course registration. The deadline was set for 17th March, 2023.

No sooner had this Deadline been set than the University website crashed. Speculations have it that it could have crashed due to the influx or traffic of users as it’s the normal during “rush hours” like buying hostel space.

Students complained bitterly on the difficulty of accessing their portals via the University website. Few days to the deadline, the portal came online again and course registration, though difficult, became a possibility once again.

Despite the challenges encountered, the deadline was not shifted and the University has set a penalty of N30K for late registration. The University Students, stand United and call on the Student’s Union Government to speak to the management on their behalf.

*ADDRESSING LATE COURSE REGISTRATION*

It is obvious that the school portal has been experiencing the following problems; Invalidation of school fees on payment, Error message on course registration and Access downtime.

We had earlier approached the School Administration with the above stated problems and were aware of the plight of students. We are pushing for an extension to accommodate students to register their courses and we are CONFIDENTLY saying that the extension will be approved.
The N30,000 late Course Registration fee would not stand hence we urge all students to remain calm.

We also urge all students to make payments for the school fees as to enable them register their courses when the portal is reopened.
