A 500 Level student of the Department of Combined Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Dauda Abdurrazaq Gidado, has won a Mwape Peer Diplomatic Excellence Award at New Jersey, United States of America.
In a letter conveying the award, the Executive Director, Mwape Peer Awards, Inc., James Mwape, said that the Diplomatic Excellence Award is in recognition of Gidado's work in ending global education crisis.
This new honour made it 14 in total that this illustrious Unilorite has won in his career. Among them are the ECOWAS Youth Ambassador, 2022; Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity by ECOWAS YOUTH COUNCIL, 2022; Social Personality of the Year 2022 by LAWSAN North Central, Senior Activist of Human Rights Chambers (SAHRC) 2022, Amongst 50 Iconic Students in Nigeria by THE SCAM Project 2023, Senior Activist of Human Rights Chambers (SAHRC) 2022, and Outstanding Personality of the Year 2023 by Ilorin Native Fest, among others.
