UNILORIN VC SPEAKS ON CHARACTER, MODESTY AS INSTITUTION MATRICULATES 13,274 NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS FOR 2021/2022 SESSION

The University of Ilorin, UNILORIN has on Monday, April 3rd, 2022 matriculated 13, 274 students out of 56, 263 candidates who applied for admission into the University for the 2021/2022 academic session.

The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Wahab Egbewole in his speech said the University agenda is to create exceptional individual. He discussed a brief history in amedo Avogadro who formulated the gas law.

He explained the motto of the varsity; Probitas Doctrina, which means Character and learning. Probitas speaks about modesty while Doctrina talks about knowledge. He emphasized more on character , decency, modesty and humility, A-MEDIA UPDATE gathered.
