HOW TO LOG IN YOUR STUDENTS MAIL ACCOUNT ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE

 

 Here is a step by step guide on  how to sign in your student mail account on your phone, make sure you read all and finished it before any action for better understanding.

Here are the steps:

A. Know your Email  

First and foremost all you need to do is to know your student Email address.

Your student Email address user name is supposed to be your Matric number with an hyphen instead of slash e.g

19-30GN059@students.unilorin.edu.ng

Note: you are to change your year of admission and your matric number

Another Example: 

Instead of using 19/25OT201@students.unilorin.edu.ng

You  are to use

 19-25OT201@students.unilorin.edu.ng

B. Activation process 

To activate it, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Gmail app on your phone , click on the icon at the right top of your phone

2. Press 'add another account' to add your student email account, you'll see 'set up email', just click 'google'.

3. Then, sign in with your students email e.g 19-30GN059@students.unilorin.edu.ng) 

4. Then login with your password

Default passwords for all levels

stdunilorin$2020 - 400 level

stdunilorin$2020 - 300 level

stdunilorin$2021 - 200 level excluding DE

stdunilorin$2022 - 100 level including DE

5. Press the blue botton 'i agree'

6. Open the Gmail app on your phone , click on the icon at the right top of your phone and select your students' email to see the mailbox.

Option 2;

1. Open the settings on your phone, scroll down and click 'account'.

2. Scroll down again and press 'add account' or  'add new account' and select google.

3. Sign in with your students email e.g 19-30GN059@students.unilorin.edu.ng) 

4. Then login with your password

5. Press the blue botton 'i agree'
