The form is for concerned returning students in the Departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine and Surgery, Optometry, and all Engineering Departments who did not meet the crossover requirements.
What to do next:
1. Login to the new portal
Click “Transfer Request ” in the left side of the portal.
2. Select “Fill the required details and submit.”
BUT NOTE, THAT;
■ It is expected that you first get an assurance of acceptance from the target department before initiating this transfer.
■ If you haven't already, you are strongly advised to go meet the HOD of the target department before proceeding with this request.
■ If on the other hand you have already been given assurance by the HOD of your target department, then you can proceed.
