FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, AZARE (FUHSA) RELEASES POST UTME ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that the registration for the online screening exercise for 2024/2025 admissions will commence on 16 August 2024 and end on 30th August, 2024.

CUT-OFF POINTS

In line with the policies of the Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the Cut-off Points for Admission into the University for 2024/2025 as below in the attached image

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have the following:

1. Candidates must have sat for the 2024 JAMB UTME, scored a minimum Cut-off points set by the University in respect of the course applied for (as per table above) and chosen FUHSA as first choice.

2. Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at ‘O’ level (including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry) in not more than two sittings;

3. Sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2023 UTME;

PROCEDURE

Eligible candidates should visit the University’s website at http://www.fuhsa.edu.ng for the registration and screening procedures.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud

PHYSICAL SCREENING

Physical screening will be conducted in the University as follows:-

MBBS Medicine & Surgery and BDS Dentistry – 02/09/2024

BNSc Nursing – 03/09/2024

Optometry, Audiology and Epidemiology & Biostatistics – 04/09/2024

Physiotherapy, Environmental Health Sciences and infor. Tech & Health Informatics – 05/09/2024

Radiography and Nutrition & Dietetics – 06/09/2024

Candidates are advised to check their phones regularly for invitation to the Physical Screening on or before Sunday 1st September, 2024, while disregarding any forms of communication except through the official channels, to avoid being scammed.
